Senior members please advise is it right time to invest in DHA valley for 3 to 5 years time. Which blocks are best. And how much annual return i can expect from this investment. After 5 years will it be a livable place.

Sunflower, magnolia and bogenvila files are DYO files... As these are overseas sectors. Worth is same now.

If you can wait for 5 years, I think yes, it is good time. If you are going for residential plots, try to buy in Daffodils or Magnolia....
If you are buying commercial plots, buy in Oleander, Lilly, Daffodils, and Magnolia.

More than 1K homes are ready.... But you can't move into that as possession has not been handed over by DHA as yet.
