The moral of story is quite different!
MR/HRL/DHA’s few corrupt brass distributed money plies between themselves of the then planned more than 60,000 plots of DHA valley.
They let Malik Riaz to run away with 60 billion of valley money to take it to Bahria Karachi and some part for phase-8.
Then a different episode was devised to delay the valley development!
RDA & MR being stuck together made a plan; RDA will keep saying the dam would be made on valley property and MR will keep saying that RDA & Punjab government not letting him to do development on dam issue!
That was the time when nobody could even utter a word against the Hero (I hope you understand who?)
Social media “ laboun par tale” (still does to some extent). SC Mr. Dogar ………(even tough the other SC hero also), did what was supposed to be done!
It was the bravery of a retired honest Col., who raise the matter of Shaheed families and filed a petition for justice.
Who could have thought that Mr. Saqib will show up on horizon and stir everything He could get hold of!
Now on the next hearing, you will see the fate of Dhadhoocha dam and valley!
By the way DHA homes have been fully delivered in Lilly block A & B and good time of valley is written on the wall, In Shaa Allah.

I have a question about DHA Phase 2 extension which is adjacent to DHA Valley and I think same issues DHA Valley facing.
Have you any idea about DHA Phase 2 extension, whats its future, prices are down, is it right time to buy in extension or not.

Oleander, Lilly and Daffodil rose on prices.commercials affected residential also but less than commercials.
It seems these block are seeing near handover or just DHA played with file buying!
