Being original allottee, I would still hold on to my plot until at least possession. Yes recently prices have increased but that is after 12 years of delay so koi ehsaan nahi kia DHA ne ham pe, they were obliged to do this much earlier. I agree it is a risk for new investors.

But since here we talk capital appreciation, I said only 6 blocks which are good for the very purpose…
All other investments in non ballotted plots is just waste of money.
I myself did mistake and got carried away investing in non ballotted files & repenting but in other valley investments, I gained so much Alhamdolilla beyond my projection.
I always asked investors NOT to waste money in non ballotted plots…my postings can be readdressed on zameen.

DHA valley the first ever commercial ballot has been done and results are available on the website.
As I have been saying since years about the investment in " clear 6 blocks" investment & people made multi- millions in those blocks, I am again saying the investment in the same clear blocks NOT IN CERTIFICATES but only in " ballotted & possession" blocks.
As per my two cents, now these ballotted commercials will give profit & after possession again there will be gains, In Shaa Allah.
Pls do not jump on selling as still prices are not settled & Rs is under free fall on the smart governing of criminal mafia at power.
After the imposition of wealth tax, all investors are advised to exercise caution on further investment into plots.
If this tax is approved then real estate investment will take a new turn.
Economy is nose down, Rs is on free fall, stock market making history on destruction path, reserves are pointing to an alarming situation, cripto is also nose down, Pak economy international rating goes to minus & even some internatio banks stopped accepting Lacs, new taxes targeting the low income papulace, what other options are left with investment?
