Sir while DHA 2 prices may be touching the sky already there is still an opportunity to benefit with Army’s other housing society on other end of the city on Zone 2 side, the Army Welfare Trust (AWT)housing scheme. It has same credibility and institutional backing as DHA but prices are still within reach. In fact it is closer to main Islamabad in approach than DHA. House construction there has started. Ideal time to enter the market.

Only 2 / 3 houses are there in AWT, it will take almost 10 years for one to live there. Its distance is almost same to main Islamabad and if that proposed interchange on motorway get functional then 100 RS per trip will be extra for the motorway toll tax. Secondly if some one has not car then there is a big trouble in reaching in AWT. In DHA 2 transport access is difficult but not as difficult as in AWT.

Ali is right Dha phase2 is better option.
