I think even after completion of MA, B-17 and FMC will be around 30KM from blue area and zero point, so a 5 marla plot above 65 lac in weerana of F and G block seems a bubble now and there is very less chances that it will cross 1 crore in next one year. Where as I series 5 marla plots prices are around 60 lac too but I think it will cross 1 crore mark in next 12-18 months. Look at the prices of developed CDA sector 5 marla plots those are around 1.5 - 2.5 crore right now. also CDA budget of 176 arab is huge and historic.

How far is dha-2 from Islamabad blue area & a 5 Marla is costing 1 crore in J block which is lesser in so many aspects compared to other proper blocks of dha-2.
I-series whatever higher class to be given OR thought of, electrical poles are hanging everywhere & small houses community which will never get CDA priority consideration if placed beside other F or E series, even G-series.
If CDA realizes, I- series now deserves legitimate up keep after 3 decades of its inception, these sectors are far away from capital main structure and will never be on par!
From that approach, though B-17 is in Texila & Pindi bound but 30 km from blue area could be regarded as good as a 5 Marla in dha-2, a 5 Marla in dha-3 which is now sitting at 85 Lacs in front location.
I-series will reach 1 crore, hard to believe!
But if golra flyover becomes a reality then yours lookahead is justified.
I-series development & maintenance can never match the quality of B-17, DHAs & BTs.
But if MA took 20 years, how much golra more would take....dekha chahye...
CDA 176 billion rupees budget is not a small thing to ignore it can be a game changer for whole islamabad. Golra more flyover is far more practical. The development done in last one year in CDA sectors is more than that it is done in last 5 years. Even in I-10 where there is no water, 25 feet street and mohalla type residence, price is more than 30 lac per marla now. If I-14/15 prices becomes just 70% of lowest I-10 than it will cross 1 crore mark easily, also this is 100% risk free, whereas B-17 and FMC being a cooperative and private society has risks.
I bought a plot for 33 lac in Jan in FMC and now its touching around 55 lac and may be 60 in next few weeks. So a 90% increase in just 6 months, I may be feeling that i have earned so much and above that is a dream. I also suggested my family and friends to invest there and all are very happy with my suggestion as some of them got 120% profit in just 4 months. we have total of 7 plots in FMC.
Same was happened in I-15 when only news were circulating of development the prices jumped around 20-30% but when the actual work started the prices are stable or even lower. So i think B-17 and FMC prices will stop increasing in next 1 month. After that it will correct itself to more natural prices and than the organic growth by end customer will keep it alive.

In my view I series will jump further and it will continually rise.B-17 and FMC will stable coming two years.I-15 will hot cake in near future.

ZA sab no current idea of 40x80 right now, a 50x90 plot was around 10.5 million a month back, the current boom in FMC is on 25x50 and 30x60 plots and I think 40x80, 35x70 and 50x90 are very low right now.
I-series:
- 8 to 10 is already well beyond 1 cr.
- 11/12 needing just a few posts on CDA Facebook page to touch 1 cr.+
- That leaves 14/15/16. 14 starting to touch 14-15/Marla. The question is how much time, if and whenever that jump of 5 - 6 lac/Marla. Flyover most probabaly will take it within a few months if not weeks. Though with infrastructure projects you never know how ealely or late.
The point: Dealers hype is much less in CDA when compared to other Projects. Price may rise a bit slower but organically. In my limited knowledge, I am unaware of anyone not selling a plot within. Week of listing and anyone selling in negative to what they paid. The only factor that's needed now for tail end of I to rise is the flyover.

In my previous post by “I series” I meant for I-15/14/16 sorry for the confusion. I think these sectors 5 marla will cross 1 crore in next 12-18 month, But B-17 and FMC will stop between 65-75 lac and very least likely they will cross 1 crore in next 12-18 months. CDA is lambi race ka ghora

Which sub sector of i-15 is more attractive for investment point of view ?
Wajahat Bhai for now 3 is ahead in development but long run 4 is better.
When the first car will travel from F-10 to GT road thru margalla avenue, 5 marla plot of B-17 & Faisal Hills A block will cross 1 crore easily.
B-17 has shattered all the records already. 35x70 plot in B block sold for 1.85 crore. A good kanal plot in C block is going for 2.5 crore already.
Too many buyers and not enough sellers right now.....this is beyond anything we have seen in the past.
How imaginative, if some has business or work in Zone 1 why would they want to travel from Faisal hills. FH is more suited to Wah residents/workers and the prices are ridiculously high.
