How many months it will take to complete the Margalla Avenue. Is the work already started? If B-17 is going to the roof should one invest the Faisal Hills which is near by and has the potential to give good return?
@Azhar, FWO is doing survey and setting up project site. It will take minimum 2 months to launch actual construction work.
B-17 & FH will rise for sure. However, real bucks will be made in open land around the avenue like Shah Allah Ditta and all adjacent parts, in particular whatever falls between D-12 to B-17.
Yes, Construction on margalla avenue first phase already started as survey and studies were already complete.
Previous contractor also completed about 50% of the work. So things are moving now and that is why prices in B-17 have skyrocketed.

A good kanal plot in E block is around 150+ now. Even 30x60 in E block is 90+ now

B-17 prices are rising on daily basis.Dealer offer me 92 lakh one of my plot 30x60 which is corner 2100 series as i have four plots around markaz.same plot someone offer me 82 three weeks before.I am not sure it bubble or ground reality.I want to sell two of my plots for some commercial project but can't as i stuck due to travel restrictions.Let's see where prices will stand.

It's a bubble only if margalla avenue construction gets halted. If not than your 30x60 plot will cross 1.5 crore!
they have to complete it in six months on fast track as per my conversation with supervisor at the site. In six months f block 5 marla eill touch 1 crore. Reaining sizes one can guess from this.

indeed its a great news i have made an investment in G block 25*50 how much jump we can expect in G block after the completion of MA?
Can you please share the price at which you secured the 25x50 plot in G block. Are the plots in G block still on instalments or all dues have been cleared on G block plots.

i think now its risky and things are looking over priced now. better to invest in FH possession plot as prices are not that much high there.
Agree with Nasir sab.B-17 is out of reach as much rise in last six months so investment point of view FMC and FH still reasonable options.

Fmc 10 marla under 80 lac seams a good deal otherwise no juice is left in 5 marla now. As 5 marla is touching 65 lac now.
