i think on ground there is no advantage of MA for faisal hills B or C as it will be at least 40km distance to main isb after the completion of MA, there is a hype now a days and prices are so high compared to adjacent areas like new city phase 2 and wah. So FH is fine for daily trading but not okay for holding. FH is still a veerana and it has so much supply of empty plots. so its a very risky in my calculations. Even if it gets own interchange still it will be very far from main isb. In that price range one should invest some other under valued projects like AWT, DHA valley possession area, CBR 2, new city 2 executive block, Green enclave, up country, taj residencia or any on ground on possession area.
Faisal town b block is also slow right now, that could be also an option as Eighteen isb interchange on sirinagar highway news is around the corner.

Please advise , assuming MA is constructed, what will be the distance in minutes from any B-17 central location to lets say D-12 which is the nearest I guess to B-17 ?
I would say at least 20 minutes - Also one would still need to use GT road for a couple of Kms to get on and off Margalla highway from and to B-17 respectively
Unless there is a flyover on GT road enroute B-17, this few km drive on GT road will prove as a bottleneck & will keep worsening the situation…
@sohail.ahmed1 Sahib, Distance From the 1st gate to Sanjani it is 1km and from Second gate of B17 to Sanjani is approximately 2km… From Sanjani to D-12 is 9KM so the total Distance from D12 to B17 on the average is 10 to 11 KM… ( From Google MAP)… Assuming Isloo 1 is driving at 90KM/h on MA
Time Required= 11km/90km/h=0.122 Hour=.122X60=7 Minutes
Including various contingencies, it will be covered in 12 Minutes

and what will be the ending point?
If it’s D12 then it’s already considered away from mainstream Isb…it’s quite far away from Blue Area and H sector where Universities are located.
Khan Sb, D-12 is part of mainstream …
Blue Area to D-12 Markaz hardly 20 min and almost signal free …

exactly my point, 15min to D12, nearest centre point in mainstream islamabad can be considered as F10 or F11, that is 10min away from D12, so overall B17 will be 25min from the nearest city centre, still a major improvement but not as near as people are portraying it to be.

Although D12 has emerged as an executive sector, yet it is considered a bit far away from mainstream sectors/commercials
With road Infrastructures & signal free expressways the definition of far away is changing.
In countries like GCC, sometimes 40 Km +/- commute is still considered as mainstream because of roads, vehicles and affordability of fuel.
Yes, D is not as near as let’s say G, E, Fs. However given the location of D (foot hills of Margalla Hills) and the greeney around it’s in many ways far better than typical G, E series (water issues and too much concrete around). I would take a greener, peaceful and better organized place anyday, even if it costs me 10 -15 min extra drive on roads of ISB.
