Yes, RRR for sure will make Sangjani area to rise. The most important is Interchange. You can be right on the Motowary but no interchange and its pretty much useless. Classical Case is Top City and University Town. The geographical twins, Top City got interchnage and turned into a gold mine and University Town didn’t got and still that average society though your casually thrown stone from UT falls in TC. 18 Interchnage can turn tides around for UT (if luck favoured them)
Margalla Avenue have the B-17, and CDAs Cs and Ds to give that more hype. None in RRR come close to the attraction of Bs/Cs/Ds of the CDA. But yes percentage of return will be good, like a plot of 5 lakh jumping to 7.5 (quite the case) is like making 75 out of 50 in a single night in the likes of Gs of B-17 and As of Faisal Hills etc.
Bottom Line: If you wanna invest, that’s on
Chakri, Adyala, Thailan (RRR)
Sangjani, AWTs/Wapda Town etc. (RRR + CPEC effect) though interchange matters

If you are that folk that likes to take on the game and have the eyes to spot the next Abadi Commercial, you can be in for quite an investment of your life with your kids/next generation those lucky ones, same like we see our peer generation that we see now roaming in Cruisers and Firtuners

- Rudn and all that whatever on Chakri
- CBR-2, Up Country, FOECHS, Taj (they had quite a show going on in their site office with lots of crowd and booking)
