And yes CDA is always quick to launch new projects to make bucks but completion of on-going projects is always on low priority.

Dear Humayyun, thanks for giving more good news about B-17 and Zone 2. If these two connections with motorway are completed then it will further boost prices in Multi and Faisal projects.
I think zone 2 will remain the hottest area for investment in next 2-3 years.

@syedwajahat17, absolutely, this is the right time. There’s a slight price correction, that’ll help you buy choice plot. But once MA opens, then it’ll be too late.

Dear, can you please advise which sectors/blocks should be preferred?
My information about B-17 blocks is limited, but I guess you can find a good bargain in F and G.
I would invite other bros and sis of knowledge to fill in here.
What is your requirement/budget? ABCE are good blocks in my opinion but try to focus on B and C if you can.

totally agree with Asif Bhai, B and C are best for investment, F and G are far away. E is also a good option. depends on budget and preferences.

Looking for 3-5 year investment. Budget is 7million but can be extended to max 8million.
Yes, I think EFG are good in this case, you can try for 5 or 8 marla plots, E block would be better if you can get 8 marla in it.

I have some provisional news (Not Confirm But the source is worth to trust), May be In one or two months there may be new launch from ZEDEM Or MPCHS. What will they launch, I have following guess:
If MPCHS
H block - probability is minimum as not enough land is available.
G Block Extension - Yes it can be.
If ZEDEM
They have purchased land on two locations,
- Near ROS,
- Near Thallian Interchange.
Let’s See What is in the pipe line.

@tahir_majeed32, that’s great news, this will definitely hit a great success due to its location and Multi’s brand name.
Good opportunity for the genuine investors to pick off-plan plots who missed the boat in B-17.
