ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started working on two proposals to revive the stalled Margalla Avenue project, after the authority was unable to construct a portion of the road near Shah Allah Ditta because of a shrine and centuries-old graveyard in the alignment of the road.
“We are serious about this project. Soon after finalising the way out, we will start this stalled project, which has already faced a delay of many years,” Mr Kayani said.

I visited the area today, no work has started on the ground here. So this is just another empty talk from puppets of multi sitting in CDA.

@pakistan-1 need suggestion, I want to live now in zone 1 so I look for G14/4 but I have only 6 million so I can’t buy land and live there at the moment ,so I want to invest 6 million in some other CDA sector for like 1 year so i can make some profit and able to live in G14/4 or any other zone 1 sector . Can you please suggest me short time CDA profit making sector to invest 6 million?

You want to ultimately make a home in a CDA sector, but your aim at the moment is ONLY to make a profit so that you can be in a position to afford a CDA sector plot; Right?
If that is the case, then for the profit-making investment you don't need to restrict yourself to CDA sectors. Just buy where ever you can maximize your profit.
In my opinion, you should buy along the metro route on Kashmir Highway. G-15 is out of your budgetary range. So you can try your luck in Top City.

This project is going to start once again. One of my friend in CDA management told all the problems are solved & Shah ALLAH ditta graveyard will be bypassed to complete the Margallah Avenue Extension.
