Booking is now in process and is due to last until November 27, 2015. The process is only open for those who have completed the registration process, but as forms were scarce and quickly sold out, many were left out. Those who want to purchase a registration form from another investor must ensure they also ask the registered allottee for an affidavit upon purchase and attach it to their booking form.
Booking begins from PKR 300,000 and goes up according to the price of the plot/home. Registered members are eligible for a discount worth PKR 200,000 which will be adjusted in the balance required – PKR 100,000 will be adjusted in the down payment and PKR 50,000 each in the first and second instalments. Furthermore, the submitted registration fee of PKR 30,000 will also be adjusted.
Booking forms are to be submitted at United Bank Limited branches or at the Bahria Town office. Balloting will be conducted through a computerised process. It is highly advised that investigative measures are taken before purchasing a booking form to ensure that it is not fake, as Bahria Town is claiming no responsibility in this regard.
The payment plan spans a period of three years, offering investors easy quarterly instalments. The details of the payment plan are given below:
