Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), commonly known as CBD Punjab, has launched its second commercial phase, The Second Walk, following the strong investor response to the iconic CBD Walk.
The new project reflects the development vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, who aims to reshape Lahore through modern architecture, world-class retail concepts and vibrant public spaces.
Located in the CBD Quaid District — right next to the CBD Walk and CBD Lake — The Second Walk is positioned to become a major landmark for premium retail, fine dining and contemporary lifestyle experiences. The commercial strip is expected to drive higher footfall and further elevate commercial activity within the central district.
CBD Punjab is offering 20 premium 4-marla commercial units in a shell-and-core structure, comprising a Basement, Ground Floor, two additional floors and a rooftop. Each unit is priced at PKR 160 million.
Commenting on the launch, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin said the introduction of The Second Walk marks another milestone toward building a modern, future-ready Lahore that supports entrepreneurship and economic expansion.
The new phase reinforces CBD Punjab’s broader mission to deliver landmark developments that contribute to Punjab’s economic growth, urban modernization and global competitiveness.
