Karachi: An agreement has been signed between the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and ABS Developers to construct Pakistan’s tallest building in Karachi’s DHA City Karachi (DCK), according to reports.
The project, named Burj-e-Quaid, will be an 82-storey high-rise tower planned within DHA City Karachi. The formal agreement marks the official launch of the development phase of the project.
According to details shared by developers, the tower will rise to a height of around 941 feet and will be constructed on nearly six acres of land. The project is expected to be completed within six years and will feature a modern architectural design.

Officials said the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) and other relevant departments have issued no-objection certificates (NOCs) for the project, clearing key regulatory approvals required for construction.
The developers stated that ABS Developers will execute the project under the supervision of international consultants and experts. Upon completion, the tower is expected to become the tallest building in Pakistan.
The project is also expected to contribute to increased investment activity and the development of modern urban infrastructure in Karachi.
