Islamabad: The Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) has launched an online portal to guide and facilitate taxpayers, according to a news report. This beta version of the Knowledge Base Portal has been launched jointly by Member Customs Muhammad Zahid and FBR IT Member Khawaja Adnan Zahir.
The portal is a platform for tax collectors and payers, and for anyone who wishes to understand the process. This is going to be an interactive platform where users can give their feedback regarding articles, and also suggest more articles to be written.
These publications will be primarily aimed at helping users understand FBR’s IT systems and being a step by step guide for filing tax returns.
