Karachi: The Sindh government has launched a citizen complaint cell at the Chief Minister Secretariat in Karachi to provide residents with a direct channel for addressing grievances.
According to an official statement, ministers, advisers, and spokespersons have been assigned specific responsibilities to ensure the prompt handling of complaints. The cell will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., allowing citizens to approach government representatives directly with their issues.

A roster has been issued under which senior provincial ministers—including Sharjeel Inam Memon, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, and Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho—will attend the cell on designated days. The Karachi mayor and other senior officials will also participate to assist in resolving complaints efficiently.
To ensure timely redressal, the government has introduced a monitoring mechanism to track complaints and strengthen the open-door policy at the CM Secretariat. Officials said the initiative aims to improve service delivery across the province and facilitate faster resolution of public issues.
