The partnership aims to align the expansion of CBDs with Punjab’s long-term urban development and land-use planning goals. By combining CBD Punjab’s technical expertise with the administrative support of the Local Government Department and PMU, the initiative seeks to streamline urban planning and ensure that new business districts contribute effectively to economic growth across the province.
This coordinated approach is expected to promote balanced regional development and establish Punjab’s emerging CBDs as key hubs for commerce, investment, and community activities.
