These two blocks are prime for the investment but DHA knows that after the handover the resident families and the outside investers will jump for them so they are not developing the RESIDENTIALs 5 & 8 marlas on the same speed, they are doing a few others inside valley for example sunflower, maglonia, rose, daffodil etc but those are still lonely places even they are ready for living!

For investment, I would say these two blocks if you are DHA lover.

I guess they are trying to play clever, im thinking of going Pakistan at the end of next month so will have a look at the various projects again and then decide.

In your opinion where would be the safest investment?. 2-3 year timeframe.. I am torn between DHA Valley, BT phase 8 or I-16, I-15 in CDA

Each one is having pros and cons in its category!

**CDA property never comes down but I-16 is not great for living.For pure investment go for I-16, yu will IA get profit 2-3 years.

**DHA valley: Very low now and after handover of homes,the price is bound to appreciate in the aforementioned two block, In Shaa Allah.

**I-15: I heard some issues but did not dig in further. Nadeem bhai and Khan sb can sure help you.

** Phase-8: Best place to live and best place to invest for your TIME SPAN.

I will see what i can find in phase 8, as you point out it seems to have more pros than cons in its favour.

I will keep on eye on developments on DHA valley to as i do like DHA projects and for what it is the valley is very cheap at the moment.

A guy in one of what's app group was sharing his own experience when he called DHAI customer service center, that they asked him to update them with his contact details and current address. They are all set for the balloting of DHA homes within couple of months following with possession.

Don't know whether fable or reality. Abdul Bahi may confirm the same by calling DHAI customer services as u r in Pk.

My sources also told about June - July this year.. Baqi Allah SWT knows better.

Yes Khan Bahi, another guy has also confirmed the same by calling them on their helpline.

I remember, when people were talking about Dec 2015 as handing over date and the prices shoot up. Friends, be careful, otherwise u will loose money in DHA valley. Just stay away from DHA Valley so that DHA can develop it.

Qayyum Sahib if you had taken the Kallar Sayyedan road you would have seen more development along Oleander Avenue leading to DHA Homes, the Mosque and the Grid Station.

Yes Oleander and Lilly are prime blocks. Our main objective was to find the alternate route if expressway does not get materialized, through its normal path which is en route Bluebell, on the dam issue!

So alternate does exist from Islamabad highway but lengthy travel!

Expressway is stopped at Bluebell which is 8.1 km from IH

By the way Snowdrop is in the dam bowl if RDA ever comes to the dam drop seen!

@ KJ Bro: Its all tied with announcement of possession of DHA Homes... When, will that come, is anybody guess... People say, around June, July this year in sha Allah. The rest Allah SWT knows about tomorrow.

@ Crore Patti.... The increase in prices of all blocks of Valley will be relative on possession of homes.

As per my information, the homes possession are on stage basis. Those who have paid full, will be first handed over the homes, in Nov/Dec. So to be on safe side, i am estimating that next June July will be the possession time. Those who are giving dream hopes, are actually the dealers. :slight_smile:
