DHA valley is just the one which is from Kalar Sudan side approachable. You are just located there!
I have visited the entire valley most recently and in spite of the development going on the access from IH is still far from being materialized.
After 1000s of ready to live villas will make huge impact on nearby commercials in Lilly and Oleander and may be in Magnolia and Daffodil.
If you are exiting then where would you land?

Thank you so much sir for you advices and generous urge. I am disposing my investment of 7 Marla in Bahria Phase 8 Usman Block & Dha valley commercial (whichever materializes earlier) due to some urgent liquidity requirement. However, if Bahria land gets liquidated earlier than the valley, i will definitely hold the later one.
As far as landing is concerned, Insha Allah it will be on the other side of the Globe.

DHA website has been updated with an announcement of DHA homes re-balloting. Www.dhai.com.pk
The date is to be announced soon
DHA homes are being traded at 85+ after this news (a single upward jump of 25 lakh)

I have been saying for quite a long ago that the DHA Home blocks will also pick up after the Homes handover.
Oleander, Lilly and may be Daffodil also, will be prime candidates for the investment projection of 2-3 years’ time. Now these blocks are dirt cheap but after hand over, DHA has to speed up the development to milk plot owners for development charges and will get juice from the commercial plots.
Your speculations are always closer to the reality. Let's see how far this gust of fresh wind will take us to. Commercial Plots will be multiplied with many folds after the handover as the area is well under priced.
Someone wisely said, all is well when end is well.
Re-Ballot for Homes is on 7th June at Jungle Restaurant DHA at 1830 Hrs. Best of luck to owners of HOMES
