I have residential plot in Lilly and can hold it for 2-3 year.

@Khan & Abdul Qayyum sb, please advise is it right time for exit or wait to mature it further would be better. Please advise

Any news regarding the Reballot Ceremony and future plans of DHA towards DHA Valley?

What is the current value of residential plots in Lily (5/8 marla)?

I am totally new to DHA valley and know nothing about it, so checking the options.

I don't think they will be able to develop residential plots in Lilly block in the coming 2 years....

I have plot in Rose block 8 marala. I am holding it since 2014, its realy under price. I dont know what to do. Similar plot in Gulberg has been went up 3 times. DHA just betrayed people, shame on them

Not sure map mentioned in Dha website is updated & also it is not visible.

Planing to sell 8M commercial from magnolia , and buying 4M commercial in oleander or magnolia , is this move worth it ? Or shouldn’t go for it , advice needed thanks :slight_smile:

Magnolia/Daffodil are good and developed better than others but Lully and Oleander are near to the Home only & main entrance.

Oleander is at 61-63 lacs now but soon as families actually start shifting inside their homes, which is just around the corner, these front sectors will get immediate attention. Lilly a little less than Oleander but also hot as both commercial are just in front of each other.

I did some research people say priority-wise

1- Oleander

2- Doffidol

3- Lilly

4- Bluebell

Better stay away from Bkuebell and put Magnolia in the same order.

Next thing going to come is draw for the commercials of Oleander and Lilly. They are now handing over 1000 series of the DHA Homes, presumably next month.

They need to do it as 1000s of families living in somewhat far location will require supplies on daily basis and commercials have to be around as early as possible.
My 2 cents: Do not be greedy on just few lacs of profit on commercials and rush to sell. wait till it reaches at least 10-15 lacs more than what they are now!

I went in the check-in after replying my last message.

Clerical staff is sending possession letters to some 700 successful owners.

DHA is handing over the 1st, 1000 series homes but as per the info the keys handover would be in phases but not a big gap in between the actual arrivals in homes.

Reballoting info was already conveyed to the successful home owners... Possession letters are now in addition to that?

Again sorry for late reply as I am in night shift and was sleeping in day!

There are two types of DHA homes, balloted and non-ballotted, non-balloted are a couple of lacs less than balloted.

I meant intimation communique not the posession letters.

Family will be shifting in phases on last minute touches and time duration for full shifting could take six months or so.
