Daffodil is very near to the DHA Home clusters. Better hold it till families shifting is complete.
But I think Daffodils is not developed.

Plz hold your plot in Daffodils, if you can, till handover of possession of homes....

They are purposefully not giving preference to the cream blocks, housing DHA Homes; Oleander & Lilly, and will hand over the DHA Home-attached ones (Magnolia/Daffodil) first. They will rack money piles from the front located ones later.
But the news in town is that commercials of DHA Home blocks will be offered soon after Home population.

Any chance in near future to handover the Bluebell plot, what about development, anybody can clarify this?

I hope there will be good appreciation in prices with possession of homes....
Magnolia is also developed and hopefully, its possession will be given in coming year or so, in sha Allah.
