Anybody can explain the reason why not they given excess from express way connected with blue bell, someone told me the dame option drooped. DAM is one issue and land acquisition is another issue... There is land, which DHA is not been able to buy till date.

Someone told earlier its most developed sector, if land acquisition problem is still there so how can start development? I think land acquisition problem persist in others block as far as bluebell is concerned land acquisition issue not there, may be dam or so, kindly anybody have authentic information, please

You are right. They are committed to make some parts of DHA valley attractive for investors.
They are making real efforts to handover the 1st ,1000 series to the owners before the end of 2017.
This is as per the staff in GHQ-DHA directorate, not from dealers.
One should be thinking only Rose, Sunflower, Oleander, Lilly, Magnolia & Daffodil blocks.
I would say Rose and Bluebell should be avoided even if development is good as dam drama is still being played fully by the stake holders.

The property sector just started fledgling but the bugger imposed more stamp duty to pour investments to stock market where they mint millions on weekly basis learning from Shaoukat Aziz model
I think Oleander and Lilly are best to buy now but Daffodil is also in the horse race.

2 billions promised money was taken to peelee train Lahore but it seems "Chota" started playing safe and matter of fact.

I received number in balloting for 8 Maralla Home in Oleander sector & was thinking that soon will get possision. I contacted DHA office yesterday & was informed that your home is under construction & will be ready after one & half year!!.
I paid all installement on time & till now suffering for Home!!
I just want to share this update with Forum.
No one have concerns the sufferings of the Valley members. The major stake holder has submerged itself in other tasks. No one is there to take notice of people under command for such a long delay. Let us hope something will be materialized in far future.
