Today i received couple of calls from real estate agensts regarding sale of my 5M plot in Gloxonia ,something going on in Glaxonia block ?

There are some 5000 DHA valley files being merged in BT Karachi. The people whose files are blocked in valley on non-payment, will be accounted for the BTK files

When you take 5000 files from some place, the price will automatically rise!

The target is for 5000 files... Lets see, how it goes and how many are adjusted... It will improve the market automatically....

@Abdul Qayyum Sb. Almost couple of years ago, Bahria Town published Ad in most of the newspaper that those Valley member who want to construct home soon may opt for Bahria Town. I applied for conversion in DHA office. Is there any thing to pursue at my end for conversion to BT. Regards

Nothing happened in that option case.... So, treat that process as cancelled.

This is new process... And it allows to open block or cancelled files of BTK by merging DHA Valley file into that.

Wait or sell it at very low price now at 54-55 lakhs.

In which block is your home?

Homes in Lilly block are ready for possession and people are getting possession after paying the utility charges.

If this is the case, then the rates must have been shooted upwards. But the rates mentioned by Mubashar are the ones prior to possession.

are you equip with the updates of current prevailing rates of DHA homes and 8/4 Marla Commercial plots in oleander & Lilly.

It might not be shooting up because dealers may be buying themselves.
