Rates are going no where despite possession....
The possession of Homes has not been properly managed by the dha valley management...
They are offering possession of homes to owners Chori Chupkay... So, it is not giving any positive message... They are tight lipped about the possession of plots or at least any future plan... They are sharing nothing with the owners... So, the market is not having any hopes in future....

This shows the typical mind set of Pakistani real estate tycoons to bestow their own inner circle only with the fruits. If this 'Chori Chupkay' prevails then only those will get something out of valley who have some 'Pawa'

Does not look greatest in the world but an 8 Marla with servant quarter having boundary wall all around (BT phase-8 has no boundary wall by the way), the future seems not bad. It can be very charming once all planned house, 3000 or so, will be handed over in future.

Yes, entrance gates will be there but remember, robberies have been started now in BTs and also DHAs!
DHA valley is just few blocks housing DHA homes and some adjacent ones, others blocks are a playing game between RDA, Malik Riaz and DHA upon the Dhadhoocha dam planned right inside the valley.
Valley is going to be another satellite town of Islamabad or Rawalpindi, the future will decide, I would rather Pindi.

Before 2.5 years, I got offer of 58 lacs for 8 Marla home.
Today I have seen 8 Marla homes are available for sale on 56 lacs!

I heard that there is some increase in DHA file prices, around 100-200 K in last couple of months.
PPl start receiving notification of possession advising them to pay all development & utility charges and secure possession.
Apart from the above, although the news are good in the market about valley but the prices are not creeping up.

Excess files are being cleaned by Bahria Town merging them to Bahria Karachi
All these indicators are evidencing that the project is going to be nurtured and promising but the prices are stagnant. Strange
