MR/DHA agreed to build dam from their own resources but another story being evolved:
Punjab "Baboos" in Bureaucracy, being offered plots at prime locations, provided they do not place hurdles on Dhadhoocha dam location/height.
Now whether or not it could be defined under morality or ethics, hard to say!!!
But problem will be solved for the 1000s of people who put their hard earned life saving in DHA valley.
Cannot wait to see SC decision on valley this month as it will decide probably the biggest scam so far apart from BT Karachi.

IS there any further update on DHA Valley?
Dhadhoocha drama is going to see its drop seen very soon, one way or another. Valley is all set to hand over some blocks also very soon. MR is crying in SC. He will continue his BT but his kingship is in danger.
I said before and I am repeating that valley is going to see its good time.

Valley possession blocks still not decided back and white. If BT would have used/utilize now only Half of the earth moving machinery, they have parked in valley, valley must have been done by now!
They do little in all blocks and not committed to complete any block focussed for completion.
So far Magnolia and Bluebell are fully done. Only final touches are in balance.
Bluebell is in dam case. Work is in good pace in Magnolia. Sunflower and Rose are developed at very good % but still small litigation problems exists there.
The best and high elevation blocks are Oleander and Lilly, housing DHA homes as well, good development but I doubt if they give possession of these top blocks on 1st handover...They might go for the back end blocks.
But " top blocks definition" is still not fully defined unless dam gets decided.
If dam location is moved then top block is Bluebell which is mostly done.
I think the possession of few ready blocks is awaited only on the SC decision on Dhadhoocha dam issue, which is very close now.

As I said bluebell is in court under the dam issue but likely to get cleared as billions of Rs have been poured into this sector. There is good chance that BT would pay fine and build dam on alternate location under BOT.
Valley is targeting possession of some blocks in March-19 ( I hope they honour their promise this time).
DHA-3 is launching 5 marlas at 35 Lacs just 3 km form GR road and if you want to sell valley plot, you can book these 5 marlas which are possession ready but bear in mind valley block possession is just coming and hopefully dam also gets decided as Punjab govt has submitted plan in SC.

My gut feelings from your posts so far is to hold until court decision. Its been a wait of 10 long years - lets hope in fee months time it gets materialised.
Re DHA -3 is it on installment or full price?

DHA-3 on short installments but payment schedule is tough. If you want to buy, buy from DHA's own property dealing office, located in DHA1

Why re balloting is needed in DHA Valley? Which blocks are included in re balloting? Does it changes the plot location in Blue Bell? what would be the next possible step towards possession?
