Successful balloting done and 5000 alottees are picked.
As I said before, DHA valley has come out from its difficult times.
True it is located NOW some 7 km from Rawat junction, true DHA expressway still in shadows but dam has to be concluded one way or another and I bet it is going to be decided pretty soon.
After dam decision, I am rather sure, the prices will gain at least by 25% and even higher.
The dam construction is written on the wall. Ch. Ehtizaz is almost failed on the dam’s delaying tactics.
The moment earth moving machinery shows up on DHA expressway, DHA valley has potential to make wonders.
Congratulations to all those lucky 5,000 alloties. I would appreciate if anyone has any news on Glaxonia Block. Thank you Salman

What will happen to plots of unsuccessfull allottees. Another ballot? This one is called as re-ballot 1 means re-ballot 2 next?
