This would simply mean that all the rest 35000 allottes will get their plots shifted from their originally allotted plots and sectors. So if you are in Lily, Oleander, Daffodil you can now go to Galxonia or Rose or any other in Dadocha Dam. Good Scheme or scam

I have been victim twice by DHA.
I had plot in DHA2 proper extension, the then commoners extension and it was snatched from me for the DHA expressway. They made section N later and went sky high after they stole from me?
Secondly in DHA3
But sadly, overall I have to say DHA still best among all available in their " CLASS".

Here not only brass who defrauded, HRL, BT, RDA by delaying dam decision.

The cabinet took up and approved an unsolicited proposal by the Defence Housing Authority, Rawalpindi; DHA Islamabad; Bahria Town, Ltd, Habib Rafique (JV Partner) for grant of concession for the construction operation and maintenance of Dadhocha Dam in Rawalpindi on Build Operate Transfer (BOT) basis.
What is the criteria for plots being re-balloted. This should have been the criteria.
1) people who have not deposited installments despite reminders would have their plots re-balloted and be provided to those who have paid but their plots are now effected by Dadocha Dam.
2) Some left over/not allocated land in blocks not effected by Dam to be distributed among those effected.
3) No more available land to allocate to those effected, payback with interest
Any other criteria whereby those already allocated plots and paid installments are deprived of their plot is fundamentally flawed and wrong.
I posted sometime before that DHA valley will appreciate at least by 25%. It did but more than 25% on the balloted plots in Lilly and Oleander. A 8 Marla is not possible to get less than 17 lacs.
Now it is being heard that BT will come out from valley and DHA will be overall custodian of valley.
4 and 8 Marla commercials are also appreciating. Another ballot is also in the making and not very far from now. As I said before, DHA valley is no more dead meat now and its good time is sure in near future.
