And do you think it is wise to pay the high development charges DHA is asking for? (425,000)

As I said before somewhere here that DHA valley is still dirt cheap.
In DHA-2, the same DHA on the other side of Islamabad highway, a 5 Marla cannot be bought below 70 lacs and that part of DHA-2 is not on par with rest of the DHA-2’s standards.
On GT road, DHA-3, a 5 Marla is not possible to get below 30 lacs.
DHA valley is only cheap on dam issue and dam is going to be built not for DHA valley itself but on water demand of Pindi and SC is very serious to conclude the ongoing hearing. Last hearing was a great insult on Punjab’s baboos lame excuses and were ordered to present a workable plan for the dam at soonest.
These 8 Marlas have potential to reach minimum 50 lacs after dam gets decided and DHA/HRL/BT ready to make dam. The only restriction is Shareef’s patwaris.
Regarding balloted plots, 8 marla is 17-18 lacs and non balloted less than 14 lacs.
When I visited valley last year, Oleander, Lilly, magnolia was mostly done. Sunflower, rose, daffodil were more than 80 per cent. Bluebell was most beautiful, 90 % done but both snow drop and bluebell under dam issue.
Now alternate location offer of dam needs to be approved and valley goes on high heights.
Are DHA valley homes (i.e DHA homes) that have already been built in Lilly and Oleander are good to buy now, what are pros and cons? Thanks for enlightenment.

DHA valley has been playing field among RDA/Malik Riaz/DHA/HRL in the past and still does to some extent.
Even now if SC behaves like Dogar court, DHA valley will again go in dark on dam issue.

Why are so high development charges being asked? Its almost 50% of original plot price. Original price should have included all the development charges.

1.. Does Bahria phase8 sector P comes under Hamlet?
Sector P is almost half of it coming under Hamlet/DHA3
2.. I think Nadeem Bhai enquired about the blocks which were declared for possession?

Same like me, Junaid sb has also asked about MARIGOLD which gave me sakoon that at least there is another person on earth who has plot in marigold else i was sure that i have been conned.
