Any news or update on DHA valley? Stuck with an 8m plot in Daisy block. Irony, I paid all installments on time, no surcharge or late payment. And still no plot awarded in new balloting.

Now people are buying around RRR 5-7 lacs per marla near 9 no of flyovers not less than 20-40 km from downtowns.
Now think DHA valley just 7 km to get on the RRR 1st flyover near Rawat and 7 km to get on Islamabad signal free highway.
14-18 Lacs for a 8 marla right inside DHA is like a free ride.
But only and only and only ballotted blocks to be considered. DHA homes being populated and once possession is given these prices will never be same...not at all In Shaa Allah.

Sir can you tell which blocks are ballotted. I had a 8 marla in lilly with zero surcharge which was included in first reballot and they moved it to Rose block. Now I am hearing they have given possession in lilly.
This does not sound good to me.
