Any update regarding DHA Valley upcoming Balloting?.
@Abdul Qayyum Sir, can you shed some light on current prices of DHA valley bluebell sector 5 marla 1st reballot file with all SDC paid (service development charges) ? Do you think its worth to buy for 2-3 year investment?
Recently published notice by DHA regarding cancellation of DHA homes membership? Any idea what’s going on and what this means for plot holders?

Just heard that some people have been given possession letters. Can anyone confirm this news?
Yes sir، the balloted blocks are getting possession letters. It is being heard that more than 3,000 letters are being issued.
These blocks will appreciate now as these blocks are around DHA homes and once there is already residency exists in DHA homes, , house construction will get a big boost In Shaa Allah.
Yes DHA Valley has been stupid for a long time but after letters, good old DHA, which is now far ahead than BTs around.

I have a balloted file in rose block. Lets see. Thinking of going to their office to check for posession
AOA - I have one file in Rose blocks, I have not get any information about balloting, to me it seems dead money not sure what to do. Any recommendation what should i do?
I also have one Plot in ROSE Block which was re-balloted in the second ballot. I have paid all SDC installments to date. When will people of second ballot get possession in your view.

You have been busy and have not given any Update on DHA Valley for a long time.
Please could you let us know your thoughts on Valley in view of the 3000 letters issued for possession for rebalotted plots to allottees.

DHA Valley, as I have been saying before, is now waking up. But I am still firm on my 2 cents that it will take 3-5 years in order to get its fare share in property market.
I know people suffered a lot for the last 12 years. The balloted blocks after having possession letters will never be the same.
You know construction activity is not linear, it behaves as exponential...when 1st house starts, couple of other rise on scene then rush starts.
My suggestion hold investment now as all indicators are showing good.
Plus now DHA Valley cannot be blamed fully.
Dhadhoocha dam location decided, earth moving started and big boys already on their feet to get permission for picnic points around the dam but.....
Our judiciary came at front to put court stay on dam construction!!!???##£££
Had Judges spared the dam construction, valley must be shining now but our justice system has always been great in providing susta, fouri and khara insaf.
If there was a payment issue then why stop construction, call the culprits and put them in jail and let the construction go as it is meant for water to the public...

I take your update as positive even if I have still not received possession letter since I was in second ballot. I am holding these plots since 2008.
It will take time as you said but as you say even if 1% out of these 3000 start some activity on their plots of construction the whole area will see price rise.
Allah sab par karam keray people are waiting from long for their plots.
Not to dishearten the invetsor with their hard earned money. Fact remains, Decade old strategy:
-- Back up MR/BT to get their hands dirty to get (read as: Grab the land), recent example KHI.
-- Stuck some classified deal to transfer (read as: hand over in plate) that land from BT to DH
-- Throw in the likes of HRL or Kamran Kiani sort morons (read as: scape goats) to complete the equation.

Not a bother to me, I have been a critique of all inclusive and almost each post under my ID is evident of that.
We all may have business interested/financial interest here and there. To worship looters is OK, if someone is comfortable with praising and be a cheerleader, just because someone has his stakes in there. Up to them to act/react the way it suits the agenda and be living billboards of the lot who play with life savings of widows and martyr's wife ... Good if one has the guts and nerves to still cheerlead.
