2: The ballotted blocks but so far no possession.
3: Just files, no ballot and no possession.
The first type, price has jumped up from 12 Lacs to 35 Lacs and more of 8 Marla plot
Second type, price is 20-22 Lacs
Third type, certificates, nothing and total gamble...no need to even ask for the price...10 to 11 Lacs but no buyer.
Upon RRR failures, valley is one of the best to invest now in the 3,000 ballotted plots with possession.
Clear plots and soon construction will commence.
No certificates, no files...only solid confirmed plots with DHA Islamabad development standards & name.
Best time to get out from dream, RRR infected veerana societies, even with loss and invest in the above cited first type plots..
A 8 Marla with possession letter has a confirm potential to reach up to 60 to 70 Lacs after construction activity starts in near future, In Shaa Allah.
