Lahore: The Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has announced multiple investment opportunities in Lahore, inviting expressions of interest and sealed bids for major residential, hospitality, and commercial developments aimed at attracting local and international investors.
Among the key projects is The Regalia, a branded luxury residential development planned in the CBD Quaid District. The project consists of three plots measuring 7.11 kanals each and will be developed under the DBFOOM model — Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate and Maintain.
According to CBD Punjab, the project is intended to position itself as a high-end residential destination in one of Lahore’s emerging business districts.
The authority has also invited bids for what it described as Lahore’s first International Brand Five-Star Plus Hotel and Integrated Mixed-Use Complex in the Quaid District. Spread over 41 kanals, the development is expected to include hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use components aimed at supporting tourism, business activity, and foreign investment in the province.
