Lahore: The Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has reported accelerated progress on its flagship urban development projects, with CBD Walk advancing ahead of schedule and enhancement work ongoing at CBD Lake.
During a site visit, CBD Punjab CEO Imran Amin reviewed construction activity at both locations, accompanied by senior officials from project management, engineering, construction, and architecture teams. The visit focused on assessing development pace, construction quality, and overall project execution.
According to officials, work on CBD Walk is progressing faster than planned, reflecting improved coordination and execution on-site. Meanwhile, maintenance and upgrade work at CBD Lake is underway to strengthen sustainability and ensure long-term functionality. Plans are also in place to install dancing fountains to enhance the area’s visual appeal and public experience.

Project briefings highlighted ongoing efforts to maintain modern design standards, with particular attention to exterior finishes and material selection. The development is being positioned as a contemporary urban space combining functionality with aesthetics.
Expressing satisfaction over the pace of work, Imran Amin emphasized the importance of maintaining high construction standards and timely delivery. He noted that the projects align with the broader vision of the provincial government to develop high-quality urban infrastructure in Lahore.
