Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab) has invited marketing firms, real estate agencies, property consultants, independent sales professionals and channel partners to register as authorised sales partners for Celestia IT and Office Tower, following the completion of the project’s grey structure.
Located adjacent to DHA Phase 6 and 7 in Lahore, Celestia IT and Office Tower is a flagship commercial development within CBD NSIT City. The project is designed to serve as a modern IT and business hub, featuring premium office spaces, a central HVAC system, a digital façade and advanced commercial infrastructure.
According to CBD Punjab, finishing work is progressing rapidly, with the project now being positioned for investors and businesses seeking office space in one of Punjab’s emerging technology and commercial districts.
CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin said the project reflects the authority’s vision of developing world-class commercial infrastructure that attracts investment, promotes innovation and strengthens the province’s digital economy.
