Lahore: The Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has announced the auction of a 40-kanal plot in the Bab District on Walton Road for the development of a state-of-the-art hospital, aiming to attract investment in high-quality healthcare infrastructure.
According to official details, the plot will be offered through a sealed bid process to ensure transparency and fair competition among investors. The deadline for submission of documents is April 7, 2026, while the bids will be opened on April 9, 2026.
The reserve price for the land has been set at PKR150 million per kanal. To facilitate investors, CBD Punjab is also offering a five-year installment plan, making the opportunity more accessible for long-term investment in the healthcare sector.

The initiative is part of CBD Punjab’s broader vision to develop a modern business district equipped with essential urban facilities, including advanced healthcare services.
Commenting on the development, CBD Punjab CEO Imran Amin said the authority is focused on creating a world-class urban center and that the hospital plot represents a key opportunity for investors to establish a modern healthcare facility at a strategic location in Lahore.
CBD Punjab has encouraged interested parties to participate in the bidding process, highlighting the project’s potential to contribute to the city’s evolving urban and healthcare landscape.
