Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold a three-day auction of commercial properties from August 4 to 6 at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad.
The auction will begin at 10am each day and will offer a range of commercial plots and constructed shops in prime locations across the capital.
The properties on offer include commercial plots in various markaz areas, the Blue Area, E-11 Northern Strip and I&T Centres. The auction will also feature apartment plots, petrol pump sites, constructed shops at the Blue Area Parking Plaza as well as agro farms.
To facilitate buyers, the CDA is offering a 5% discount on payments made within one month. An additional 5% discount will be available on payments made in US dollars.
The auction brochures, containing details of the properties and terms and conditions, are available at CDA offices and can also be accessed through the authority’s official website.
Interested bidders can participate in the three-day auction at the Jinnah Convention Centre, with proceedings starting at 10am on each day.
