Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has planned to sell 100 plots in Park Enclave next month. However, according to a news source, the landowners in the area are still at odds with the civic authority over the sum being paid as compensation for built-up structures.
The news source reported further that the authority had set the price at Rs 17.50 million for a 1-kanal plot and Rs 35 million for a 2-kanal plot.
