Lahore: Central Park Housing Scheme, a project of Urban Developers, is currently witnessing reasonable investment activity in its under-development blocks, Mr Rana Mansoor of Lahore-based Al Mughani Builders told Zameen.com on Wednesday.
Mr Mansoor said development work was being carried out in the society at a good pace, adding that infrastructure development was 100 percent complete in Block A, while in Blocks B, G and F, the development work was 50%, 70% and 30% complete in that order.
He also said the developer had handed over possession in Block A and also in the developed areas of Blocks G and F.
The locality features residential plots of 5 marlas, 10 marlas, 1 kanal and 2 kanals. According to Mr Mansoor, the average sale price of 10-marla plots in the areas where the developer has handed over possession is currently between Rs 2,500,000 and Rs 3,000,000, while in the blocks where possession is not available, the value of same-sized plots ranges between Rs 1,700,000 and Rs 1,800,000.
Central Park Housing Scheme also offers commercial plots of 4 marlas and 8 marlas. The average sale price of 8-marla commercial plots in the society ranges between Rs 10,000,000 and Rs 15,000,000 according to Mr Mansoor.
The society comprises eight blocks and development is expected to be completed here within 3 years. It is located in the outskirts of Lahore, but with the development of a signal-free Ferozepur Road, it can be reached in a few minutes from Kalma Chowk.
