Bahawalpur: The DHA administration announced that a Chinese construction company ‘Builders Mart’ will develop Pelican Mall – a flagship commercial project. According to details, an agreement was signed with the developer to build the said project. The Chinese company has hired both locals and Chinese experts in design and project management.
The administration disclosed that Builders Mart have expertise in finishing projects on a fast track basis by utilising the latest techniques and technologies. It is important to mention that once completed, the Pelican Mall will feature quality shopping, lodging, dining, and entertainment options for the customers.
