Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has formally approved the development of the Margalla Orchard Park Road Housing Scheme during its 43rd Executive Board meeting held at the Ministry of Housing & Works.
According to a press release issued on Tuesday, the Board sanctioned a tripartite development agreement for the project, a joint venture between FGEHA, Defence Housing Authority (DHA), and the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). The agreement has also been vetted and confirmed by the Ministry of Law.
A formal signing ceremony between the three parties will be held on September 26, after which development work on the housing scheme will commence at an accelerated pace to ensure timely completion.

The project will offer federal employees and other allottees a modern residential environment, equipped with commercial areas, parks, educational institutions, mosques, and other essential public amenities.
On this occasion, Director General FGEHA, Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal, congratulated all allottees and reaffirmed that the rights of federal employees who have already been allotted plots will remain fully protected. He emphasized that the Authority remains committed to transparent service delivery and to providing quality housing facilities to its members.
