Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) IRIS platform and its allied services will remain temporarily unavailable from August 8 to August 10 due to planned system maintenance.
According to Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL), the IT arm of the FBR, the maintenance window will begin at 12:30am on August 8 and continue until 5pm on August 10.

During this period, users will be unable to access the IRIS platform or perform transactions through its allied services. The services are expected to resume after the maintenance activity is successfully completed.
PRAL has advised government departments, organisations and other stakeholders to inform their relevant teams and users in advance and make alternative arrangements, where necessary, to minimise operational disruptions.
The FBR Contact Center will remain operational throughout the maintenance period to address queries and provide assistance to users.
