Rawalpindi: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with two private developers the for the construction of housing projects on Angoori Road in Murree and Chakri Road in Rawalpindi.
The projects will be executed under joint venture (JV) and public-private partnership (PPP) models. Under the arrangement, FGEHA will act as a facilitator and regulator, while private partners will handle financing, design, and construction.

According to details, a mixed-use apartment project is planned on Angoori Road, Murree, while a large housing scheme spanning around 1,400 kanals is expected on Chakri Road, Rawalpindi.
FGEHA officials said the collaboration aims to support the development of affordable and quality housing for government employees, while also encouraging investment and economic activity in the housing sector.
Director General FGEHA Zafar Iqbal said the initiative is expected to generate employment opportunities and promote modern housing development through structured public-private cooperation.
