Bahawalpur: The Punjab government has planned to launch the Saaf Pani Project worth Rs 1 billion in four tehsils of south Punjab. According to a news source, 63 water filtration plants will be installed in Khanpur, Lodhran, Hasilpur and Minchinabad as part of the project.
Reportedly, the water-filtration plans will be run for 3 years by the executing company of the project and later by committees comprising public representatives.
