Mayor Murtaza Wahab announced that the city administration is planning the event to mark the arrival of spring and engage residents in cultural festivities.
Possible venues for the festival include Bagh Ibn-e-Qasim and Benazir Bhutto Park, according to the mayor. Wahab emphasized that the festival will focus on the traditional aspects of Basant, highlighting the cultural and seasonal significance of the event.
