Rawalpindi: The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) has notified a revised schedule of service and challan fees for land record and property transaction services for fiscal year 2026-27, with the new rates taking immediate effect.
Under the revised schedule, the minimum service charge for e-registration of land has been fixed at PKR 3,600, while the fee for filing a case through the Revenue Courts Management System has been set at PKR 3,500 per case.
The fee for obtaining copies of land records, including fard, mutation and girdawari, through the express service has been set at PKR 4,000, while an ordinary copy will cost PKR 900. A Green Property Certificate will be issued for PKR 800, a copy of the land record for PKR 5,000, and a certified copy of a registered deed for PKR 1,400.

The authority has fixed the fee for express mutation at PKR 11,200, while mutation through banks will cost PKR 2,100 and ordinary mutation PKR 1,200. The fee for appointing a local commission through e-registration has been set at PKR 6,700.
Under the Property Transfer System, all housing societies and development authorities will pay a service charge of PKR 3,000 per transaction. Transactions processed through the e-registration portal will be subject to a service fee of 0.1% of the land value, with a minimum charge of PKR 3,600.
The notification also states that banks and other institutions seeking land record verification will be charged PKR 1,000 for each successful transaction and PKR 700 for each unsuccessful transaction.
The PLRA clarified that government fees and duties will continue to be collected at rates notified by the Punjab Board of Revenue from time to time.
