Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has finalised the terms and conditions for the sale of 284 residential plots in FDA City on Sargodha Road, with applications for the balloting expected to open in the first week of March.
The balloting will cover 189 plots of one kanal and 95 plots of ten marla, which will be available on easy installment plans. Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rand chaired a meeting to review eligibility criteria, the balloting procedure, and other modalities for the sale. He said each clause of the proposed terms and conditions was examined to ensure transparency and compliance with government policy and relevant laws.

Application forms will be available online after a formal announcement on the FDA official website. The application fee has been fixed at PKR 10,000 for one kanal plots and PKR 5,000 for ten marla plots. Applicants are required to deposit earnest money of PKR 500,000 for one kanal and PKR 250,000 for ten marla plots along with their applications. The balloting process will be conducted in two phases.
Rand directed FDA officers to ensure that all terms and conditions are clear, transparent, and strictly within the legal framework to provide a fair opportunity for all eligible Pakistani nationals. The finalized details will be announced and advertised shortly.
The meeting was attended by Chief Engineer FDA Mehar Ayub, Project Director Estate Management Suhail Maqsood Pannu, directors Yasir Ejaz Chattha, Asma Mohsin, Junaid Hassan Manj and Asim Mahmood, Deputy Director Estate Management Adnan Shehzad, Deputy Director Finance Afzal Ansari, and other officials.
