Lahore: The world’s 7th largest mosque has been built in Bahria Town with a capacity to accommodate 70,000 people at a cost of Rs 4 billion, according to a news source.
The source said further that Bahria Town Chairman Mr Malik Riaz offered Eid prayers in the newly built mosque along with a large number of people as well as scholars from the religious community.
Mr Riaz told reporters at the occasion that Bahria Town had built various beautiful mosques in Lahore and Rawalpindi, but this grand mosque would become the identity of Bahria Town Lahore.
