Islamabad: The Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO) has invited bids for the supply of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & firefighting equipment for Sector I-8 Markaz project in the capital, according to a publication.
PRIMACO, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EOBI, has requested interested firms to obtain separate bidding documents for each item from the office of the undersigned by submitting a cover letter against a (non-refundable) payment of PKR 1,500 fee. The fee is to be paid in form of a bank draft/ pay order in name of PRIMACO Islamabad for issuance of bidding documents during 0900 – 1500 hours of any working day.
The eligibility criteria that is communicated by the PRIMACO is as follows:
- The firms are liable to provide complete company credentials with other related details.
- The interested firms must be registered with federal government/ Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), or be incorporated under the ordinance.
- The interested firms must be registered with tax authorities/ Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
- The interested firms must submit an affidavit stating that the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/ Autonomous Body
