Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has successfully conducted another high-value commercial auction in Lahore Downtown, highlighting strong investor confidence in the city’s planned urban developments.
The auction involved a 4.56-kanal mixed-use commercial plot and was carried out in a transparent and competitive manner. The process was overseen by CBD Punjab’s Chief Operating Officer, Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, ensuring full adherence to merit and regulatory standards.

Atlas Engineering Private Limited emerged as the highest bidder, securing the premium plot at Rs 301 million per kanal. The sale underscores the growing commercial value of Lahore Downtown and reflects the private sector’s trust in CBD Punjab’s vision, planning, and delivery capacity.
Speaking on the occasion, COO Mansoor Janjua said the success of these auctions demonstrates robust investor confidence and contributes directly to Punjab’s economic growth, job creation, and sustainable urban development.
Proceeds from the auctions are reinvested into infrastructure, mobility, and public realm improvements, supporting CBD Punjab’s broader goal of transforming Lahore Downtown into a modern, high-density, mixed-use commercial hub.
