Chairman Randhawa emphasized that revenue generated from the auction would be utilised for the development and uplift of Islamabad. He assured investors that all facilities would be provided on a priority basis following the auction and noted that development work had already begun in all major commercial centres of the city.
He also outlined future initiatives, including the construction of a cricket stadium, development of seven-star hotels, introduction of e-stamping, promotion of a cashless economy, and digitization of land records.
Highlighting Islamabad’s investment potential, Randhawa said the city offered attractive opportunities in real estate, tourism, and the hotel industry. He assured investors that the CDA was committed to providing equal and transparent opportunities and would review proposals shared by investors and builders to implement feasible suggestions through mutual consultation.
The auction is expected to attract significant interest from local and overseas investors, as it includes some of Islamabad’s most sought-after commercial and residential plots.
