Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is planning to set up an electricity generation plant that will generate electricity from waste in Islamabad, according to a news source. The report quoted a CDA official as saying that the proposal is being considered at the moment. He added that the work on the plan will begin after the required feasibility report on the project is complete.
The planning was in its final stages, he explained and the proposed location for the installation of the plant is in Sector I-17, he explained, which would be an Industrial Sector.
